Academia: creating debtors one student at a time.
Like some regretting, former bachelor I have fewer than 9 hours before I'm whisked away to a full time job getting a career. Will this impact my blogging? Frankly no, it's hard to limit something that's rarely ever done. I will take time out of my busy schedule to make sure I can rant about whatever game I get my grubby little hands on...
But Chris, aren't you going to want to sleep, eat food, or socialize? Theoretically I would want to do those things and I'm sure I'll get to. But you don't read this (*chirp chirp*) to hear what I've had to eat or bitch about a lack of sleep. I did an amazing job organizing my schedule, discovering that I have many hours a week to eat and play video games, sometime at the same time. Take the weekend for example, unlike the majority of students I'm blessed with free weekends with a dash of sleep.
This month I plan on getting into the school cycle, and finish Zelda: Link's awakening at work (I promise I'll do my homework first. -ed.) and work on the mega-hyped Bioshock. I won't rant about that again but I like the philosophical feel of it, it doesn't happen nearly enough in the video-games yet. The times they are a changin'.
I don't understand how some people can do so much in their lives, but then it occurs to me they don't spend all their time surfing Real Life Comics, procrastinating a blog post, nor half-listening to the twit.tv mogul Leo Laportes infinitely numerous podcasts - damn you & your professionalism. Oh well, I have something to aspire towards.
keep your socks dry, and wash your underwear once in a hwile!
