I was completely lost on how "Jimmy" transitioned into "Logan"! But other than that, this movie was awesome! (Although I've never read the comics!)

That's one way to encapsulate our Senior Thesis experience. I would argue that the first thing shouldn't be "Have a Big Ego;" it should be "Know Your Shit." I knew my paper inside and out, upside down, and backwards. I was demolished in the defense, but that's because I have issues with standing my ground.

I've decided that thesis presentations aren't the best for how philosophy presentations should go. Take the time to submit a paper to a conference. That's a fabulous experience. They tried to tear apart my paper in OK, but they also gave me great suggestions on how to improve it!

Sad to say, the current trend for aggressive DRM does discourage buying PC games. The message seems to be that some companies value money more than honest customers. Ironically DRM is reducing the size of the games market right now.

Robert,
The easiest way to figure out adding content is a simple google search, there's plenty of community sites on converting as well as additional software for the windows-challanged.

Chris,

Sorry about doing this this way, but I could not find your email link.

I just bought a Sony Reader 700, and I'm very much on the steep part of the learning curve.

I have managed to get one book into .lrf format and into the Reader, but I don't seem able to replicate th efeat.

I was hoping you might have some expertise to share.

Thanks!

Rob

I completely agree with you. What right do software publishers have to tell me whether or not I can have burning software installed on my PC? Last time I checked, making backup copies is perfectly legal in the UK and most other countries and any company who chooses to take that right away from me is not worthy of my hard-earned cash! I fully agree that a boycott of securom-infected products is the only way to get the message home, but as adults, that won't really work, because the kids will always buy the games regardless - 'I really MUST have that game, Mummy!'. What these publishers dont realise is that securom and its ilk actually ENCOURAGES piracy, because it pushes frustrated genuine customers away from buying legitimate - but infected - software, and towards getting the warez version which at least doesnt screw up your PC. Too bad for publishers I guess :)

You should also try docoom (www.docoom.com), because for just 2 euros each month (2,60$) you can have 10 GB of storage without any restrictions of bandwidth. You can also install it in any PC you want and it's very fast and easy to use.

I begun with Mozy, but now I'm very happy with docoom, specially when my computer crashed and I could have all my photographs back in just few minutes.
